As an independent director of Shenzhen Salubris Pharmaceuticals Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"), in 2025, I strictly followed the provisions of relevant laws and regulations, performed my duties diligently, and fully exercised my functions as an independent director, independently, prudently, and objectively fulfilling my responsibilities, effectively safeguarding the overall interests of the Company and the legitimate rights and interests of all shareholders, especially small and medium shareholders. (I) Personal Work Experience, Professional Background, and Concurrent Positions
Wang Xuegong, Chinese nationality, no overseas residency, male, born in 1972, university graduate, holds a pharmaceutical engineer qualification. During the reporting period, he served as an independent director of the Company, convener of the Nomination Committee, and member of the Remuneration and Assessment Committee.
From July 1993 to February 2010, he served as a technician, deputy office director, head of the Marketing Strategy Department, and head of the Capital Operations Department at North China Pharmaceutical Group Corporation. From February 2010 to April 2014, he served as Deputy Secretary-General of the China Pharmaceutical Enterprise Management Association. From April 2014 to present, he has served as Vice President of the China Pharmaceutical Enterprise Management Association. From May 2017 to December 2024, he served as Vice President of the China Pharmaceutical Packaging Association. From May 2017 to June 2023, he served as an independent director of Beijing Chengyitong Control Engineering Technology Co., Ltd. From September 2020 to January 2026, he served as an independent director of Dizhu (Jiangsu) Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. From May 2022 to present, he has served as an independent director of Zhejiang Huahai Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. From December 2021 to February 2026, he served as an independent director of Shenzhen Salubris Pharmaceuticals Co., Ltd.
