I, Liu E'ping, as an independent director of Aofei Entertainment Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"), during my term of office in 2025, have strictly adhered to the "Company Law of the People's Republic of China" (hereinafter referred to as the "Company Law"), the "Securities Law of the People's Republic of China" (hereinafter referred to as the "Securities Law"), the "Administrative Measures for Independent Directors of Listed Companies," the "Articles of Association," and the "Independent Director System" and other relevant regulations and requirements. Independent Director Liu E'ping: Born in March 1963, holds a Ph.D., is a professor, and a doctoral supervisor. Previously served as an independent director for China Ocean (Hainan) Haishang Shipping Co., Ltd., Guangdong Aoma Electrical Appliances Co., Ltd., Shenzhen Kaizhong Precision Technology Co., Ltd., Hunan Jinwang Bismuth Industry Co., Ltd., Jiji Shaxi Group Co., Ltd., Tiantu Holdings Group Co., Ltd., Ji'an Mankun Technology Co., Ltd., Guangzhou Sanjing Electric Power Co., Ltd., and Guangdong Meiyan Jixiang Hydropower Co., Ltd. Currently a professor and doctoral supervisor at Sun Yat-sen University, and an independent director for JUSUN Technology Group Co., Ltd. Served as an independent director for Aofei Entertainment Co., Ltd. from July 2019 to September 2025.
