I. Explanation Regarding the Resignation of the Financial Controller
Aofei Entertainment Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") recently received the written resignation report from Ms. Sun Liang, Deputy General Manager and Financial Controller. Ms. Sun Liang has applied to resign from her position as Financial Controller of the Company due to work reasons. After resignation, she will continue to serve as Deputy General Manager of the Company, responsible for the daily management of the toy business. In accordance with the "Main Board Listed Company Self-Regulatory Management Guidelines No. 1 - Standardized Operation of Main Board Listed Companies" and other relevant regulations, Ms. Sun Liang's resignation report takes effect from the date it is delivered to the Company's Board of Directors. Her resignation will not affect the normal progress of the Company's relevant work. As of the disclosure date of this announcement, Ms. Sun Liang, in addition to indirectly holding shares in the Company through participation in the Company's 2025 employee stock ownership plan, does not hold shares in the Company directly or indirectly through other means, and there are no commitments that have not been fulfilled.
