Overview of Guarantees
Guangdong Yaowang Technology Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") has provided a total guarantee of 600 million yuan for its subsidiary Hangzhou Shien Asset Management Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Hangzhou Shien") to ensure the smooth operation of the subsidiary's business. On June 3, 2025, the Company held the fourth meeting of the sixth board of directors, which approved the proposal on the expected external guarantee limit for the Company and its holding companies for the year 2025, set at 400 million yuan, which was subsequently approved at the annual general meeting of shareholders held on June 24, 2025. On November 12, 2025, the Company held the ninth meeting of the sixth board of directors, which approved the proposal to increase the guarantee limit for the wholly-owned subsidiary, set at 200 million yuan, and this was approved at the fourth extraordinary general meeting of shareholders held on November 28, 2025.
