1. Overview of the Guarantee Situation
The sixth board of directors of Tibet Qizheng Tibetan Medicine Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") approved the proposal regarding the expected guarantee amount for its wholly-owned subsidiary, Tibet Qizheng Tibetan Medicine Marketing Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Tibet Marketing"), at its 16th meeting. The board agreed to provide a guarantee for Tibet Marketing to apply for comprehensive credit from the bank, with a guarantee amount not exceeding RMB 700 million, valid for 12 months from the date of approval by the shareholders' meeting. 2. Progress of the Guarantee
Recently, the Company signed a "Maximum Guarantee Contract" with China Minsheng Bank Co., Ltd. Lhasa Branch (hereinafter referred to as "Minsheng Bank") to provide a maximum guarantee for Tibet Marketing's "Working Capital Loan Agreement" with Minsheng Bank. The maximum amount of the guaranteed debt is RMB 400 million, including the principal and interest of the main debt and other payable amounts.
