Hangzhou Lianluo Interactive Information Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") announces the sixth risk warning regarding the possible termination of its stock listing due to the stock price being below par value.
Special Reminder
- As of June 18, 2024, the closing price of the Company's stock has been below 1 RMB for 14 consecutive trading days. According to Article 9.2.1 of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange Listing Rules, if the stock price remains below 1 RMB for 20 consecutive trading days, the stock will be terminated from listing on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange. According to Article 9.1.15 of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange Listing Rules, if the Company’s stock is terminated due to trading-related mandatory delisting circumstances, it will not enter a delisting adjustment period.
- According to Article 9.2.4 of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange Listing Rules, if a listed company has a closing price below 1 RMB for ten consecutive trading days, it must disclose a risk warning announcement regarding the possible termination of its stock listing. This announcement will be disclosed daily until the situation is resolved or the Shenzhen Stock Exchange makes a decision to terminate the listing. Investors are advised to invest rationally and pay attention to risks.
