(hereinafter referred to as the "Company") deliberated and approved the "Proposal on the Sixth Phase Employee Stock Ownership Plan (Draft)" and its summary, and the "Proposal on Authorizing the Board of Directors to Handle Matters Related to the Sixth Phase Employee Stock Ownership Plan" at the tenth meeting of the sixth Board of Directors held on December 12, 2022, and the fourth extraordinary general meeting of shareholders in 2022 held on December 28, 2022. The Company agreed to implement the Sixth Phase Employee Stock Ownership Plan (hereinafter referred to as the "Employee Stock Ownership Plan" or "this Stock Ownership Plan"), and authorized the Board of Directors to handle all related matters.
