Evaluation Report on the Performance of the Accounting Firm for the Year 2025
Huaming Power Equipment Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") appointed Xinyong Zhonghe Accounting Firm (Special General Partnership) (hereinafter referred to as "Xinyong Zhonghe") as the auditing institution for the Company's 2025 annual report. In accordance with the regulations and requirements set forth by the Ministry of Finance, the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission, and the China Securities Regulatory Commission regarding the selection of accounting firms by state-owned enterprises and listed companies, the Company conducted an evaluation of Xinyong Zhonghe's performance for the year 2025.
