2026 Annual Compensation and Assessment Plan for the Management Team
To improve the incentive and restraint mechanisms of Lier Chemical Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") and effectively motivate the management team's work enthusiasm, this 2026 Annual Compensation and Assessment Plan for the Management Team is formulated in accordance with relevant state-owned asset management regulations, recommendations, and the Company’s Articles of Association, combined with the actual situation of the Company and the industry.
I. Applicable Objects
The applicable objects are the Party Branch Secretary, Chairman, General Manager, Deputy General Managers, Chief Financial Officer, and Board Secretary, all of whom are full-time personnel.
II. Annual Salary
Annual Salary = Base Salary + Performance Salary
- Base Salary
- The base salary for the main responsible persons (Party Branch Secretary, Chairman, General Manager) for 2026 is 700,000, paid monthly on average.
- The base salary for other responsible persons is determined by the Board of Directors based on their job responsibilities and risk-bearing factors, set at 0.6 to 0.9 times the base salary of the main responsible persons, and paid monthly on average.
