Sichuan Chuan Da Zhi Sheng Software Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company")'s holding subsidiary, Chengdu Zhisheng Guanghuan Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Zhisheng Guanghuan Company"), is involved in a sales contract dispute with Henan Wanju Da Technology Development Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Henan Wanju Da"). Henan Wanju Da filed a lawsuit against Zhisheng Guanghuan Company and applied for property preservation measures, resulting in the freezing of Zhisheng Guanghuan Company's bank accounts.
