Statement
CITIC Securities Company Limited (hereinafter referred to as "CITIC Securities", "Sponsor", or "this Sponsor") has been engaged by Chengxin Lithium Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Chengxin Lithium", "Issuer", or "Company") to act as the sponsor for its issuance of shares to specific targets (hereinafter referred to as "this Issuance") and to issue this Issuance Sponsorship Letter.
The Sponsor and its designated sponsor representatives have acted in accordance with the Company Law of the People's Republic of China, the Securities Law of the People's Republic of China, the Administrative Measures for the Sponsorship of Securities Issuance and Listing, the Administrative Measures for the Registration of Securities Issuance by Listed Companies (hereinafter referred to as "Administrative Measures for Registration"), and other relevant laws, regulations, and the rules of the China Securities Regulatory Commission (hereinafter referred to as "CSRC") and the Shenzhen Stock Exchange (hereinafter referred to as "SZSE"). We have acted with honesty, trustworthiness, and due diligence, strictly following the legally formulated business rules, industry practice standards, and ethical codes to issue this Sponsorship Letter, and we guarantee the truthfulness, accuracy, and completeness of the documents issued. If the documents prepared or issued by the Sponsor for the Issuer's issuance contain false records, misleading statements, or major omissions, causing losses to investors, the Sponsor will compensate investors for their losses in accordance with the law.
Unless otherwise specified in this Sponsorship Letter, relevant terms have the same meanings as those in the "Chengxin Lithium Group Co., Ltd. 2025 Prospectus for the Issuance of A-Shares to Specific Targets".

II. Sponsor Representatives Designated by the Sponsor to be Responsible for Recommendation
CITIC Securities has designated Zhong Shan and Liu Yongze as the sponsor representatives for this issuance by Chengxin Lithium. Their main sponsorship business practice records are as follows:
Zhong Shan: Sponsor representative, non-practicing certified public accountant, securities practice number: S1010120120115. Currently a Senior Vice President of the Global Investment Banking Management Committee of CITIC Securities. He has participated in or been responsible for equity financing and asset restructuring projects including: Hangzhou Re-Power IPO, Xinde New Materials IPO, Yongxing Shares IPO, Triangle Tire IPO, Tuosida IPO, Zhonghe Titanium Dioxide non-public issuance, Dian Tou Energy non-public issuance, Jinbo Bio non-public issuance, and Dian Tou Energy major asset restructuring. He strictly complies with the "Administrative Measures for Sponsorship" and "Detailed Rules for Sponsorship Business" during his practice, with a good professional record.
Liu Yongze: Sponsor representative, securities practice number: S1010720020007. Currently a Senior Vice President of the Investment Banking Management Committee of CITIC Securities. He has participated in or been responsible for equity financing and asset restructuring projects including: Conglin Environmental Protection IPO, Hongyu Shares IPO; Chengxin Lithium 2022 non-public issuance, Xinzhoubang convertible bond project, Shanghai Electric Power non-public issuance, Putailai non-public issuance, Shuangliang Energy Saving non-public issuance, Huahai Pharmaceutical non-public issuance and equity incentive project, Xinke Materials non-public issuance, Yuntianhua non-public issuance and other refinancing projects; Huaguang Shares absorption and merger of Guolian Environmental Protection and overall listing project, Xuji Electric major asset restructuring, Zhongyuan Xiehe major asset restructuring, and Dongfeng Technology major asset restructuring.
