According to the Securities Law of the People's Republic of China, the Company Law of the People's Republic of China, and the Rules for Shareholders' Meetings of Listed Companies issued by the China Securities Regulatory Commission, our firm has been engaged by Aotegjia New Energy Technology Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") to appoint lawyers Fang Xiangzi and Zhang Jing to attend the Company's first extraordinary shareholders' meeting in 2026 (hereinafter referred to as "the Meeting") and to issue a legal opinion regarding the Meeting.
