To all shareholders and shareholder representatives:
As an independent director of the board of directors of Shenzhen Tianwei Vision Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"), in 2025, I attended company board and shareholder meetings and faithfully and diligently performed my duties as an independent director in accordance with the "Company Law of the People's Republic of China," the "Administrative Measures for Independent Directors of Listed Companies," the "Shenzhen Stock Exchange Listed Company Self-Regulatory Management Guide No. 1 – Normative Operation of Main Board Listed Companies," and other relevant laws and regulations, as well as the Company's "Articles of Association" and "Independent Director Work System." I have protected the legitimate interests of the Company and its shareholders, especially small and medium shareholders. The following is a report on my performance in 2025:

Mr. Yuan Zuliang: Born in August 1976, with a postgraduate degree, he is a certified public accountant and a certified tax agent. He previously served as a cashier at Shenzhen Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital, an accountant at Jinli Guo Computer Graphics (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd., a project manager at Shenzhen Juyuan Accounting Firm, the director of Shenzhen Juyuan Tax Agents Co., Ltd., the chief accountant of Shenzhen Guobang Accounting Firm, and a managing partner at Pengsheng Accounting Firm (Special General Partnership). He currently serves as an independent director of the Company, vice chairman of Asia Pacific Pengsheng Tax Agents Co., Ltd., and concurrently serves as an executive director of Shenzhen Zhongrui Rongtong Holdings Co., Ltd., an executive director of Shenzhen Sigemei Information Technology Co., Ltd., chairman and general manager of Shenzhen Shika Information Technology Co., Ltd., an executive director of Shika Information Technology (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd., an independent director of Shenzhen Youxunda Technology Co., Ltd., and an independent director of Shenzhen Zhuoyi Technology Co., Ltd.
