- On January 15, 2026, the closing price of Aowei Communication Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") was 0.99 CNY/share. According to Article 9.2.3 of the "Shenzhen Stock Exchange Stock Listing Rules" (hereinafter referred to as "the Listing Rules"), if the stock price falls below 1 CNY for the first time, the Company must disclose a risk warning announcement before the next trading day. According to Article 9.2.1 of the Listing Rules, if the stock price remains below 1 CNY for twenty consecutive trading days, the stock will be delisted from the Shenzhen Stock Exchange (hereinafter referred to as "SZSE").
