I. Resignation of the Company's Financial Controller
The Board of Directors of New Journey Health Technology Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "New Journey" or the "Company") received a written resignation report from Mr. Liu Jun, the Company's Financial Controller, on July 24, 2026. Mr. Liu Jun is resigning from his position as Financial Controller due to work adjustments. He will not hold any other positions in the Company after his resignation. The resignation application will take effect from the date it is delivered to the Board of Directors. Mr. Liu Jun has completed the financial handover in accordance with the Company's relevant regulations. His resignation as Financial Controller will not affect the orderly progress of the Company's daily operations.
