Overview of the Guarantee Situation
Shenzhen New Mileage Health Technology Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "New Mileage" or "the Company") held its 33rd meeting of the 6th Board of Directors on April 28, 2025, and the 2024 Annual General Meeting on May 19, 2025, where it approved the proposal regarding the estimated guarantee amount for its subsidiaries. The Company agreed to provide joint liability guarantees for relevant subsidiaries to apply for comprehensive credit lines from cooperating banks and other financial institutions over the next 12 months, with a total amount of RMB 1,814 million (for details, see the announcement disclosed on April 29, 2025, on the Giant Tide Information Network, announcement number: 2025-018). Given that the previous irrevocable guarantee agreement with China Merchants Bank Zhengzhou Branch (hereinafter referred to as "China Merchants Bank Zhengzhou Branch") has expired, the Company renewed the irrevocable guarantee agreement with China Merchants Bank Zhengzhou Branch on February 10, 2026, providing a joint liability guarantee for Lankao First Hospital Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Lankao First Hospital") to apply for a working capital loan with a maximum credit amount of RMB 30 million from China Merchants Bank Zhengzhou Branch. The maximum guarantee amount is RMB 30 million.
