Special Reminder:
● HeliTai Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") received the "Notice of Prior Administrative Penalty" (Min Zheng Jian Han [2026] No. 282) issued by the Fujian Regulatory Bureau of the China Securities Regulatory Commission (hereinafter referred to as the "Fujian Securities Regulatory Bureau") on June 18, 2026. Pursuant to Article 9.8.1, Paragraph (VIII) of the "Shenzhen Stock Exchange Stock Listing Rules (2026 Revision)" (hereinafter referred to as the "Stock Listing Rules"), the Company's stock trading has been subject to other risk warnings since June 23, 2026.
● According to Article 9.8.6 of the "Stock Listing Rules," listed companies whose stock trading is subject to other risk warnings due to touching upon the circumstances in Article 9.8.1, Paragraph VIII of these Rules, shall disclose a progress announcement on error correction at least once a month until the announcement of the corrected financial accounting report for the matters involved in the administrative penalty decision and the special verification opinion issued by the accounting firm.
