Special Reminder:
● HLT Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") received the "Administrative Penalty Prior Notice" (Min Zheng Jian Han [2026] No. 282) issued by the Fujian Regulatory Bureau of the China Securities Regulatory Commission (hereinafter referred to as the "Fujian Securities Regulatory Bureau") on June 18, 2026. Pursuant to Article 9.8.1, Item (VIII) of the "Shenzhen Stock Exchange Stock Listing Rules (2026 Revision)" (hereinafter referred to as the "Stock Listing Rules"), the Company's stock trading was subjected to an other risk warning starting from June 23, 2026.
● According to Article 9.8.6 of the "Stock Listing Rules," listed companies that trigger the circumstances in Article 9.8.1, Item (VIII) of these Rules and whose stock trading is subjected to an other risk warning shall disclose a progress announcement on error correction at least once a month, until the announcement of the correction of the financial accounting reports for the matters involved in the administrative penalty decision and the special verification opinions issued by the accounting firm.
