Special Reminder: ● Hualitai Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") received the "Administrative Penalty Prior Notice" (Min Zheng Jian Han [2026] No. 282) issued by the Fujian Regulatory Bureau of the China Securities Regulatory Commission (hereinafter referred to as the "Fujian Securities Regulatory Bureau") on June 18, 2026. According to the provisions of Article 9.8.1 (VIII) of the "Shenzhen Stock Exchange Stock Listing Rules (2026 Revision)" (hereinafter referred to as the "Stock Listing Rules"), the Company's stock trading will be subject to an other risk warning, but it will not trigger the circumstances of mandatory delisting due to major violations stipulated in Chapter 9, Section 5 of the Stock Listing Rules. ● The Company's stock will be suspended from trading for one day starting from the opening of trading on Monday, June 22, 2026, and will resume trading starting from the opening of trading on Tuesday, June 23, 2026. ● The Company's stock will be subject to an other risk warning starting from June 23, 2026. The stock abbreviation will be changed from "Hualitai" to "ST Hualitai", the securities code will remain "002217", and the daily limit for price fluctuations in stock trading will be changed to 5%.
