Recently, the Company learned that its wholly-owned subsidiary, IMBERRI Agricultural Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "IMBERRI"), has signed a licensing agreement (hereinafter referred to as "the Agreement") with MOUNTAIN BLUE ORCHARDS PTY LTD (hereinafter referred to as "MBO") regarding the intellectual property of new blueberry varieties.
