Zhejiang DALI Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") submitted an application to the Shenzhen Stock Exchange (SZSE) on March 26, 2026, to remove the delisting risk warning. For details, please refer to the "Announcement on Application to Remove Company Stock Delisting Risk Warning" disclosed by the Company on March 27, 2026 (Announcement No.: 2026-024). On April 18, 2026, the Company disclosed the "Announcement on Progress of Application to SZSE for Removal of Delisting Risk Warning" (Announcement No.: 2026-031).
As of the disclosure date of this announcement, the application submitted by the Company to the SZSE for the removal of the delisting risk warning is in the supplementary materials stage, and the Company is actively advancing the follow-up work as required by the SZSE. According to Article 9.1.12 of the "Shenzhen Stock Exchange Stock Listing Rules," the period for supplementary materials is not included in the time limit for the SZSE to make a decision.
