Grandall Law Firm (Shenzhen) (hereinafter referred to as "this Firm" or "Grandall") was engaged by Shenzhen Dawei Innovation Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Issuer," "Company," or "Dawei Shares") to act as special legal counsel for the Issuer's 2026 annual issuance of A-shares to specific targets via a simplified procedure (hereinafter referred to as the "Issuance"). In accordance with the Securities Law of the People's Republic of China, the Company Law of the People's Republic of China, the Administrative Measures for the Registration of Securities Issuance by Listed Companies, the Administrative Measures for Law Firms Engaging in Securities Legal Business, the Practice Rules for Law Firms Engaging in Securities Legal Business (Trial), and the No. 12 Standards for the Contents and Formats of Information Disclosure by Companies Offering Securities to the Public—Legal Opinion and Lawyer's Work Report, as well as other applicable laws, administrative regulations, rules, normative documents, and relevant provisions of the China Securities Regulatory Commission, and adhering to recognized professional standards, ethical norms, and the spirit of diligence and responsibility, this Firm hereby issues this Legal Opinion and the "Grandall Law Firm (Shenzhen) Lawyer's Work Report on the 2026 Annual Issuance of A-Shares to Specific Targets by Shenzhen Dawei Innovation Technology Co., Ltd." (hereinafter referred to as the "Lawyer's Work Report").
