I. Meeting Information
The notice for the 32nd meeting of the 6th Board of Directors of Shenzhen Dawi Innovation Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") was sent via email and other means on March 6, 2026. The meeting was held on March 9, 2026, in a combination of in-person and communication methods, convened and presided over by Chairwoman Lian Zongmin. A total of 7 directors were supposed to attend, and all 7 directors were present, along with senior management personnel. The convening and holding of this meeting complied with the relevant provisions of the Company Law of the People's Republic of China (hereinafter referred to as the "Company Law") and the Articles of Association.
