Announcement on the Progress of Litigation Matters (Guizhou Jinsha Project)

I. Basic Situation of the Litigation Matter
In March 2025, the court accepted two lawsuits filed by Yunnan Investment Group Ecological Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") against Guizhou Hongyuan Yimin Industrial Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Lawsuits") for "contract dispute," with a total claim amount of 14.1778 million yuan. For details, please refer to the "Announcement on Litigation Matters (Guizhou Jinsha Project)" and "Announcement on the Progress of Litigation Matters (Guizhou Jinsha Project)" disclosed by the Company on March 18, 2025, and April 28, 2026, in the "China Securities Journal," "Shanghai Securities News," "Securities Times," "Securities Daily," and the giant information network (www.cninfo.com.cn) (Announcement Numbers are 2025-018 and 2026-035 respectively).
II. Progress of the Case
Recently, the Company received the "Civil Judgment" (2026) Qian 0523 Min Chu 2428 and (2026) Qian 0523 Min Chu 2517 issued by the People's Court of Jinsha County, Guizhou Province. After trial, the People's Court of Jinsha County, Guizhou Province, in accordance with Article 155, Article 157, and Article 509, Article 788 of the "Civil Code of the People's Republic of China," Article 28 of the "Architectural Law of the People's Republic of China," Article 1 of the "Several Provisions of the Supreme People's Court on the Application of the Civil Code of the People's Republic of China Regarding the Statute of Limitations," Article 67 of the "Civil Procedure Law of the People's Republic of China," and Article 90 of the "Several Provisions of the Supreme People's Court on the Application of the Civil Procedure Law of the People's Republic of China," ruled that the defendant Guizhou Hongyuan Yimin Industrial Group Co., Ltd. shall pay the Company compensation for related losses and costs totaling 213.34 million yuan within ten days from the date the judgment takes effect, and rejected the Company's other litigation claims.
The total case acceptance fee is 61,400 yuan, of which the Company bears 47,700 yuan and the defendant Guizhou Hongyuan Yimin Industrial Group Co., Ltd. bears 13,700 yuan.
