To all shareholders and their representatives:
As an independent director of Zhejiang Dongjing Electronics Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"), during my term of office, I have strictly adhered to the "Company Law," "Securities Law," "Guidelines for Corporate Governance of Listed Companies," "Shenzhen Stock Exchange Listed Company Self-Regulatory Supervision Guide No. 1 - Normative Operation of Main Board Listed Companies," and other laws, regulations, normative documents, as well as the "Company Articles of Association," and the "Independent Director Work System." I have diligently exercised my rights, performed my duties according to law, actively attended relevant meetings of the Company in 2025, conscientiously reviewed all proposals submitted to the Board of Directors, and expressed independent opinions on relevant matters of the Company. I have conscientiously fulfilled the obligations and responsibilities of an independent director, fully played the role of an independent director, and safeguarded the Company's standardized operations and the interests of all shareholders, especially small and medium shareholders. I now report on my performance in 2025 as follows:
I. Basic Information
I, Pan Congwen, male, Chinese national, born in 1973, a member of the Communist Party of China, with a doctoral degree and the title of Senior Economist, have no permanent overseas residency. I have previously served as a Senior Partner of Zhejiang Huahong Investment Management Co., Ltd., President of Zhejiang Aoxing Investment Management Co., Ltd., and Risk Control Director of Hangzhou Yijia Huirong Investment Management Co., Ltd. I am currently the Deputy General Manager and Risk Control Director of Zhejiang Chenghao Asset Management Co., Ltd., and a Director of Shanghai Yuxi Investment Co., Ltd. I have served as an independent director of the Company.
