The statistical situation is hereby announced as follows:
I. Basic Situation of Cumulative Litigation and Arbitration Cases
As of the date of this announcement, the cumulative amount involved in litigation and arbitration cases within the twelve months prior to this announcement is approximately RMB 33,821.32 million, exceeding 10% of the absolute value of the Company's net assets as of the most recent audited period. For specific details, please refer to the attachment: Statistical Table of Cumulative Litigation and Arbitration Cases. The Company has no major litigation or arbitration cases where the amount involved in a single case exceeds RMB 10 million, accounting for more than 10% of the absolute value of the Company's net assets as of the most recent audited period.
