Zhejiang Founder Motor Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") convened the First Meeting of the Ninth Board of Directors. The meeting notice was issued orally and via communication on May 7, 2026. The meeting was held on May 7, 2026, at 16:00, combining on-site and remote participation, in the conference room of Zhejiang Founder Motor Co., Ltd. All directors unanimously agreed to waive the advance notice period for this meeting. Nine directors were eligible to attend, and nine directors were present.
