I. Progress of Previous Enforcement Cases
(I) Basic Situation
On February 11, 2026, Shenzhen Jinjia Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company" or "Jinjia Shares") disclosed the "Announcement on New Enforcement Rulings on the Company's Controlling Shareholder and Actual Controller" (Announcement No.: 2026-006) in the China Securities Journal, Shanghai Securities News, Securities Daily, and the Juchao Information Network (www.cninfo.com.cn). Guangdong Huaxing Bank Co., Ltd. Shenzhen Branch was the applicant creditor. Shenzhen Jinjia Venture Capital Co., Ltd. (the Company's controlling shareholder, hereinafter referred to as "Jinjia Venture Capital" or "Controlling Shareholder"), Shenzhen Jinjia Real Estate Development Co., Ltd., Shenzhen Jinjia Investment Holding Co., Ltd., Ganzhou Jinjia Real Estate Development Co., Ltd., Shenzhen Yongfengda Technology Co., Ltd., and Qiao Luyu were the judgment debtors. Guangdong Huaxing Bank Co., Ltd. Shenzhen Branch applied to the Intermediate People's Court of Shenzhen City, Guangdong Province for compulsory enforcement.
(II) Progress Update
On August 18, 2026, the Company received a written notice from Jinjia Venture Capital. Jinjia Venture Capital received the "Enforcement Ruling (2026) Yue 03 Enforcement No. 241-1" from the Intermediate People's Court of Shenzhen City, Guangdong Province. The subsequent enforcement ruling for the same case is as follows:
The shares of Shenzhen Jinjia Group Co., Ltd. (Securities Code: 002191, Securities Abbreviation: Jinjia Shares, Share Nature: Tradable Shares without Trading Restrictions) held by the judgment debtor Jinjia Venture Capital, totaling 138.8 million shares, will be appraised, auctioned, or sold to clear the debt.
