I. Contract Signing Situation
Guangzhou Zhiquang Electric Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"), through its subsidiary Guangdong Zhiquang Integrated Energy Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Zhiquang Integrated Energy"), recently signed a "Procurement Contract" (hereinafter referred to as the "Contract") with Guangdong Sunshine Home Energy Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Purchasing Unit") for a total amount of RMB 217,000,000.00 (including tax). Under the Contract, the Purchasing Unit will purchase high-voltage cascade energy storage system equipment from Zhiquang Integrated Energy.
