Chongqing Huicheng Information Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company" or "Huicheng Technology") has, in accordance with the "Stock Listing Rules of Shenzhen Stock Exchange" and other relevant regulations, compiled statistics on litigation and arbitration matters involving the Company and its consolidated subsidiaries that have occurred within the twelve months, the details of which are as follows:

I. Basic Situation of Litigation

The Company published its "2025 Annual Report" on the Juchao Information Network (www.cninfo.com.cn) on March 31, 2026. The audited net assets of the Company for 2025 were RMB 15.99 million. In accordance with the relevant provisions of the "Stock Listing Rules of Shenzhen Stock Exchange," the cumulative new litigation and arbitration matters involving the Company and its subsidiaries within twelve months have reached the disclosure standard. As of the date of this announcement, the cumulative amount involved in new, undisclosed minor litigation and arbitration matters involving the Company and its subsidiaries within twelve months totals RMB 1,180.27 million, with the amount involved exceeding RMB 10 million and accounting for more than 10% of the absolute value of the Company's net assets as of the most recent audited period. Among these, the total amount involved in litigation and arbitration where the Company and its subsidiaries are plaintiffs is RMB 172.32 million, and the total amount involved in litigation and arbitration where the Company and its subsidiaries are defendants is RMB 1,007.95 million.

II. Other Undisclosed Litigation and Arbitration Matters

The Company and its subsidiaries have no other undisclosed litigation or arbitration matters. For the progress of previously disclosed litigation and arbitration (excluding major litigation), please refer to Appendix 2: Statistical Table of Progress of Minor Litigation and Arbitration Matters Previously Disclosed.

III. Possible Impact of the Litigation and Arbitration Matters Announced This Time on the Company's Current and Future Profits

Given that some of the litigation cases announced in this announcement have not yet been heard or concluded, the impact on the Company's current and future profits is uncertain. The Company will closely monitor the subsequent progress of the cases, legally pursue litigation and arbitration to protect the Company's legitimate rights and interests, actively take relevant legal measures to protect the interests of the Company and shareholders, and will strictly comply with the relevant requirements of the "Stock Listing Rules of Shenzhen Stock Exchange" to fulfill information disclosure obligations regarding the progress of relevant litigation and arbitration matters in a timely manner. Investors are advised to pay attention to investment risks.
