I. Resignation of General Manager
On June 18, 2026, Hunan Gold Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") received the written resignation report from Mr. Li Xishan. Due to reaching the statutory retirement age and in accordance with work arrangements, Mr. Li Xishan has applied to resign from his position as General Manager of the Company. He will also cease to act as Chairman and Legal Representative of the Company. His original term was scheduled to end on May 13, 2027. After his resignation, Mr. Li Xishan will continue to serve as a director of the Company and hold positions in relevant special committees.
