Titanergy Chemical Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") announced at the Eighth Board of Directors' Twelfth (Extraordinary) Meeting held on July 22, 2026, that it resolved to propose the change of the Company's name and the amendment to the Articles of Association. The Board of Directors has reviewed and approved the proposal, and the relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:
