I. Basic Information of the Independent Director
I, Wang Tianguang, born in 1973, hold a bachelor's degree. I served as the Chairman of Guangdong Weihua Co., Ltd. from 2016 to 2020, and since June 2020, I have been the Vice Chairman of Guangdong Jinlong Development Co., Ltd. I have been an independent director of the Company from December 2020 until January 6, 2026. During the reporting period, I have confirmed through self-examination that I meet the independence requirements set forth in the relevant laws and regulations, and there are no circumstances affecting my independence.
