Announcement on the Election of Employee Representative Director
Anhui Anada Titanium Industry Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") has completed the term of its seventh board of directors. In accordance with the Company Law of the People's Republic of China, the Shenzhen Stock Exchange Listing Rules, the Self-Regulatory Guidelines for Listed Companies No. 1 - Standard Operations for Main Board Listed Companies, and the Company's Articles of Association, the eighth board of directors will consist of six directors, including one employee representative director elected by the employee representative assembly.
