Inner Mongolia Electric Power Investment Energy Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") intends to acquire 100% equity of Inner Mongolia Baiyinhu Coal Power Co., Ltd. from Inner Mongolia Energy Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Inner Mongolia Company") through the issuance of shares and cash payments, along with fundraising (hereinafter referred to as "this transaction").
