01 About This Report
This report objectively and fairly reflects the concepts, progress, and achievements of Tianbang Foods Co., Ltd. (Stock Code: 002124.SZ, hereinafter referred to as "Tianbang Foods," "Tianbang," "the Company," or "we") and its subsidiaries in environmental, social, and corporate governance (ESG) for the year 2025. This is the Company's first ESG report since its listing in 2007. (From 2017 to 2024, the "Social Responsibility Report" was published for eight consecutive years). It focuses on disclosing the Company's and its subsidiaries' ESG concepts, significant progress, achievements, and future plans, covering the period from January 1, 2025, to December 31, 2025. Any discrepancies will be explained in the relevant sections. If the data disclosed in this report differs from the Company's annual report, the annual report shall prevail. If it differs from previous social responsibility reports, this report shall prevail.
Report Scope
Unless otherwise stated, the scope of disclosure in this report is consistent with the scope of Tianbang Foods Co., Ltd.'s 2025 Annual Report, including Tianbang and its subsidiaries. The reporting period is from January 1, 2025, to December 31, 2025.
Reporting Principles
- Accuracy: The information in this report should be sufficiently accurate and detailed to enable stakeholders to assess Tianbang's ESG performance.
- Balance: This report should present the Company's positive and negative impacts, describing its ESG performance objectively and fairly, enabling stakeholders to comprehensively assess its performance.
- Comparability: The data in this report should be collected using the same statistical methods as in previous years to facilitate analysis and comparison.
- Completeness: This report should cover all material issues relevant to the Company's ESG, ensuring the disclosure of all factors affecting the organization's sustainable development.
Explanation of Terms
For ease of expression and reading, this report uses "Tianbang Foods," "Tianbang," "the Company," and "we" to refer to Tianbang Foods Co., Ltd. and its subsidiaries. "Hanshiwei" refers to Hanshiwei Food Group Co., Ltd., the Company's breeding segment. "Shifenweidao" refers to Shifenweidao Food Group Co., Ltd., the Company's food segment.
