Report on Training During the 2026 Supervision Period for Sanbian Technology Co., Ltd.
Zheshang Securities Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Zheshang Securities" or "Sponsor"), as the sponsor for Sanbian Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Sanbian Technology" or "the Company") for its 2024 private placement and listing on the main board, in accordance with the "Sponsor Business" under the Shenzhen Stock Exchange Listed Company Self-Regulatory Supervision Guide No. 13 and other relevant laws and regulations, the sponsor's project team conducted a special training session for the directors, senior management, and other relevant personnel of Sanbian Technology on April 22, 2026, to urge them to earnestly study the training content. The relevant training situation is hereby reported as follows:

- Training Participants: Directors, Senior Management, and other relevant personnel of Sanbian Technology
- Training Method: The training was delivered to the participants through a combination of offline and online methods, and learning materials were sent to the participants for self-study.
II. Training Content
In accordance with the requirements of the "Shenzhen Stock Exchange Listed Company Self-Regulatory Supervision Guide No. 13—Sponsor Business" and other regulations, the Sponsor conducted a special training for the relevant personnel of Sanbian Technology. This training, through methods such as presenting training slides, interpreting legal provisions, and analyzing cases, elaborated and analyzed cases of information disclosure violations by listed companies, the regulatory framework, and relevant laws and regulations. It also urged the Company and relevant individuals to further understand the responsibilities and obligations they bear in terms of compliance, thereby enhancing their compliance awareness.
