In 2025, as an Independent Director of Sanbian Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"), I have conscientiously performed my duties in accordance with the Company Law of the People's Republic of China, the Securities Law of the People's Republic of China, the Management Measures for Independent Directors of Listed Companies, the Shenzhen Stock Exchange Listed Company Self-Regulatory Management Guidelines No. 1 - Normative Operation of Main Board Listed Companies, and other relevant laws, administrative regulations, normative documents, as well as the Company's Articles of Association and the Company's Independent Director System. Mr. Wang Maosong, male, born in November 1968, holds a bachelor's degree and is a senior engineer. He is currently a distinguished expert at Shenyang Transformer Research Institute Co., Ltd. He previously served as the Director of the Transformer Department at Suzhou Electrical Science Research Institute Co., Ltd. and the Director of the Large Capacity Department at Shenyang Transformer Research Institute Co., Ltd.
