According to Article 9.4.1, Paragraph (VI) of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange Stock Listing Rules, if the Company's financial report internal control is issued a disclaimer of opinion or a qualified opinion audit report in the next fiscal year, the Company's stock will be subject to a delisting risk warning.
