I was born in 1979 and hold a college degree, as well as being a certified public accountant. I have extensive experience in finance, accounting, and auditing, having served in various managerial roles at different accounting firms. Currently, I am the managing partner at Pengsheng Accounting Firm (Special General Partnership) and serve as an independent director at Guangdong Hongtu, with my term ending in January 2026. During the reporting period, I met the independence requirements set forth in relevant regulations and did not encounter any situations that would affect my independence as a director.
