(hereinafter referred to as the "Company") disclosed its "2025 Annual Report" and "2026 First Quarter Report" on the Juchao Information Network (http://www.cninfo.com.cn) on April 28, 2026. To further strengthen interactive communication with investors and enable investors to gain a deeper and more comprehensive understanding of the company's operating situation, the Company will hold a performance briefing for the 2025 annual and first quarter 2026 results on May 21, 2026 (Thursday) from 15:00 to 17:00 on the All-Panorama Network.
