(hereinafter referred to as "Huihan") and its subsidiary Fujian Huihan Intelligent Manufacturing Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Huihan Intelligent Manufacturing") due to operational needs. The transactions involve leasing properties to related parties and providing services. The total amount of expected daily related transactions in 2026 is not expected to exceed RMB 50 million. In 2025, the Company and its subsidiaries had a cumulative daily related transaction amount of RMB 6.1068 million with the aforementioned related parties.
