The Company approved the proposal on the reappointment of Shanghui Accounting Firm at the 25th meeting of the 8th Board of Directors held on April 7, 2026. This proposal is subject to review by the Company's 2025 annual shareholders' meeting. The relevant matters are explained as follows:
1. Explanation of the Proposed Appointment of the Accounting Firm
Shanghui Accounting Firm (Special General Partnership) (hereinafter referred to as "Shanghui") possesses qualifications for securities and futures-related business and has rich experience and professional ethics in auditing listed companies. It can adequately meet the Company's requirements for establishing and improving internal controls and financial auditing. During its tenure as the Company's audit institution, Shanghui has diligently adhered to independent, objective, and fair auditing standards, providing reasonable audit opinions. To ensure continuity in auditing work, the Company intends to reappoint Shanghui as the audit institution for 2026.
