Sinoma Science & Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Sinoma Science & Technology," the "Issuer," or the "Company") is applying for the issuance of A-shares to specific targets and listing on the Main Board. In accordance with the Company Law, the Securities Law, the Administrative Measures for the Registration of Securities Issuance by Listed Companies (hereinafter referred to as the "Registration Management Measures"), the Rules for the Review of Securities Issuance and Listing of Listed Companies on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange (hereinafter referred to as the "Review Rules"), and other relevant laws and regulations, the Company has submitted its issuance application documents. Huatai United Securities Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Huatai United Securities" or the "Sponsor"), acting as the sponsor for this issuance, with Feng Xu and Liao Jun as the sponsoring representatives responsible for the recommendation, hereby issues this Issuance Sponsorship Letter.
The Sponsor, Huatai United Securities, and the sponsoring representatives, Feng Xu and Liao Jun, undertake that they have acted in accordance with the Company Law, the Securities Law, and other relevant laws, regulations, and the rules of the China Securities Regulatory Commission and the Shenzhen Stock Exchange. They have acted with honesty, trustworthiness, and due diligence, strictly following the legally established business rules, industry practice standards, and ethical codes to issue this Issuance Sponsorship Letter, and guarantee the authenticity, accuracy, and completeness of the documents issued.
