(hereinafter referred to as the "Company") controlling shareholder, Mr. Wang Jian, had 35,454,600 shares of the Company's stock judicially auctioned on the JD.com judicial auction platform on May 6-7, 2026, and June 4-5, 2026, respectively. Recently, Mr. Wang Jian received a court notice informing him that the transfer of 35,454,600 shares of the Company's stock judicially auctioned on June 4-5, 2026, has been completed. Mr. Wang Jian's 35,454,600 shares of the Company's stock, accounting for 46.54% of his total holdings and 9.64% of the Company's total share capital, were judicially auctioned on the JD.com judicial auction platform from May 6-7, 2026. Ultimately, 1,000,000 shares were successfully auctioned, accounting for 0.27% of the Company's total share capital, while the remaining 34,454,600 shares failed to sell.
