(hereinafter referred to as the "Company") controlling shareholder and actual controller, Mr. Wang Jian, held 35,454,600 shares of the Company, which were judicially auctioned on the JD.com judicial auction platform on May 6-7, 2026, and June 4-5, 2026, respectively. The Company recently learned that the transfer registration procedures for 1,000,000 shares of the Company judicially auctioned on May 6-7, 2026, have been completed. The details are as follows:

Mr. Wang Jian held 35,454,600 shares of the Company, accounting for 46.54% of his total holdings and 9.64% of the Company's total share capital. These shares were judicially auctioned on the JD.com judicial auction platform from May 6 to 7, 2026. The final auction transaction was for 1,000,000 shares, accounting for 0.27% of the Company's total share capital. The remaining 34,454,600 shares were not sold.
