(hereinafter referred to as the "Company") held its 2024 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on May 16, 2025, and approved the "Proposal on Re-appointment of the Company's 2025 Audit Institution." It was agreed to re-appoint Unite & Zhenqing Certified Public Accountants (Special General Partnership) (hereinafter referred to as "Unite & Zhenqing") as the Company's 2025 audit institution. Unite & Zhenqing Certified Public Accountants, as the Company's audit institution for financial reports and internal control audits for 2025, had originally assigned Mr. Xu Chengguang as the signing certified public accountant to provide audit services for the Company.
