The firm was established on July 9, 2020. The chief partner is Gu Xu Fen. The registered address is Room 801, Block A, Hongyuan Center, Tinghai Avenue, Nanshan Street, Qianhai Shenzhen-Hong Kong Cooperation Zone, Shenzhen. As of December 31, 2024, Unite & Zhenqing has 42 partners (shareholders) and 217 certified public accountants, of whom 37 have signed audit reports for securities services. In 2024, the audited total revenue was RMB 120 million, audit business revenue was RMB 72 million, and securities business revenue was RMB 9 million.
