(hereinafter referred to as "the Company") received the "Notice of Investigation" (No. 00042023006) from the China Securities Regulatory Commission (hereinafter referred to as "CSRC") on August 29, 2023, due to the Company's suspected violations of information disclosure laws and regulations. According to the "Securities Law of the People's Republic of China" and the "Administrative Penalty Law of the People's Republic of China," the CSRC decided to initiate an investigation against the Company.
