To promote the standardized, healthy, and stable development of Kai Rui De Holdings Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"), in accordance with the "Company Law," the "Shenzhen Stock Exchange Listed Company Self-Regulatory Management Guidelines No. 1—Standardized Operation of Main Board Listed Companies," and the "Articles of Association," the Company is conducting the election of its Supervisory Board. The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:
I. Election of the Supervisory Board
In accordance with the "Articles of Association," the 8th Supervisory Board of the Company will be composed of 3 supervisors, including 2 non-employee representatives and 1 employee representative supervisor.
The Company held the 34th meeting of the 7th Supervisory Board on December 31, 2024, and reviewed and approved the "Proposal on the Election of Non-Employee Representative Supervisors for the 8th Supervisory Board of the Company." The Supervisory Board agreed to nominate Mr. Zhang Zhengxu and Mr. Zou Chunsen as candidates for non-employee representative supervisors of the 8th Supervisory Board of the Company (candidate resumes are detailed in the appendix).
